N W ipa
If you are looking for a good, but simple IPA recipe, this might be the one for you. It's clean and full bodied, with a pronounced, but not to strong hop flavor and aroma.

Tasting: | This turned out to be a very rewarding brew. The combination of hops adds a nice “citrus” aroma. A little on the malty side for an IPA, but that’s what I was trying to achieve. I used one packed of gelatin boiled in two cups of water in the 2nd to keep the beer clear, and it worked fairly well. |
