First attempt at an old ale.

Bitterness: 83 IBU
OG: 1.072 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 7.2% v/v (5.7% w/w)
Grain: 6 lb. British pale
2 lb. British Munich
1.5 lb. American victory
1 lb. American crystal 20L
.25 lb. American crystal 120L
1 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
2 lb. British Carastan
.25 lb. American chocolate
.25 lb. Roasted barley
Mash: 70% efficiency
mash at 160° for an hour.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.055 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1.5 oz. Amarillo (13% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Southwold Ale Yeast or Trappist Ale (lower ferm temp for this, mid-high 60s)
Carbonation: carbonate to around 2.5
Tasting: This should be a pretty standard style old ale. On the maltier side compared to fruitier.
