Amer light w/amber & wheat spraymalts

about 3oz of priming sugar dissolved in 1 cup hot water to primary fermenter before chiiling and pitching yeast -

Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.053 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 4.2% v/v (3.3% w/w)
Water: 5 gal of spring water from grocery store - filtered/ozonated
2 gals with boil
3 gals @ 34 degrees in beer cooler to cool down wort
Grain: 8 oz. British lager
Steep: 8oz oF Lager malt - 10 seconds pulsed in food processor to crack husks
bagged - bring water to 155f, remove from heat and steep grains for 10mins
Boil: 40 minutes SG 1.131 2 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Wheat extract
1 lb. Amber dry malt extract
add malts after removing grains - bring to boil
gypsum at start of boil - 1 teaspoon
add cascade hops 10 mins into boil
add hallertau hops 20 mins after cascade hops
After 10 min of hallertau in boil, remove from heat, add 3 cold gals, chill down to about 70F before adding yeast.
Add priming sugar mixture to 5 gals before chill down
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wanted to use this for the first time - Wyeast 3068 Whnstphn W = I love their beers - the oldest brewery on the world!

Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 13.4 psi @ 40°F
CO2 - corny keg - 5gal
