Steep: | 8oz oF Lager malt - 10 seconds pulsed in food processor to crack husks bagged - bring water to 155f, remove from heat and steep grains for 10mins |

add malts after removing grains - bring to boil gypsum at start of boil - 1 teaspoon add cascade hops 10 mins into boil add hallertau hops 20 mins after cascade hops After 10 min of hallertau in boil, remove from heat, add 3 cold gals, chill down to about 70F before adding yeast. Add priming sugar mixture to 5 gals before chill down |
