Time to clean out the fridge and cook up an IPA in the spirit of the puttanesca pasta sauce
( Puttanesca is a sauce made in the old Italian brothels, and is typically made up of all of the leftovers. It is characterized as very hearty and full of flavors)

Log: | Very good efficiency ~ 80% Very active fermentation for 4 days, then active fermentation for over a week, placed in the secondary for 4 days, then finally placed in the very cold garage (night time temps around freezing) for a few more days. |

Tasting: | Great IPA. A bit heavy (not an easy summer time IPA), extremely drinkable (I can knock back a couple pints easily). |
