Biker Pale Ale
This is my second attempt at all-grain. I am hoping for an APA with a little more hop bitterness than the style calls for, but hey, since when did Biker's gave a damn about style? ;)

1tsp Irish moss for last 5 min. .5 oz cascades at flame out. 2 oz cascades and 1 oz perles dry hop in secondary. |
