2 oz. Roasted barley
6 oz. Flaked barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
First All Grain with my brew buddy. 10 gal cooler with plastic false bottom. Worked great, but needed more water on initial mash. hit 155 degrees with a 5.4 pH so that worked well. Batch Sparge went well. had to drop an extra gallon due to not enough water from first runnings
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.052 6.5 gallons
Irish moss 15 min
Yeast nutrient
Hops: .72 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Scottish Ale
