Dough in at 145, let sit at 138 for 30 minutes. Add boiling water to bring temp to 145 for 30 minutes. Mash out at 167, hold for 10 minutes. | ||||||||

Add 1 - 1.5 gallons of spruce tips (preferably new growth) with boiling hops and boil for 60 minutes. | ||||||||
