Log: | Fermented 2 weeks (V-vessel), stored outside 2 days to allow yeast to settle out (outside temperatures are below 50°) | |||||||
Carbonation: | Beer gas (nitro / CO2) 35 lbs, served with 10 lbs CO2 (or on Nitro tap) | |||||||
Tasting: | Easy drinking with a nice subtle smokey finish. Much more robust than Brown Ales like New Castle. |
