8 oz. Belgian chocolate
4 oz. Roasted barley
1 lb. Flaked barley
8 oz. Flaked rye
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash @ 155° for an hour & sparge out @ 170°
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.085 6.5 gallons
9 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Brown sugar
4 tsp. Gypsum @ boil
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cluster (6.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
