Summer Time IPA 2
Classic Northwest IPA with a twist. Wheat added as part of the base. Easy body with a good hop punch. I am making this after having it at one of my favorite pubs.

Log: | Ferment for 7 - 9 days in my V-vessel fermenter Transfer to glass carboy to settle out for 3 - 5 days (try to cool it outside for the last days to get suspended yeast to fall out). Keg under 10 lbs of CO2. |

Tasting: | I was fortunate to find Nugget hops at the shop. Nugget gives my IPAs a nice big floral taste. |
