Tasting: I thought I was making a porter but was way off. However, what a
wonderful surprise. This beer is excellent. It has a nice, nutty
aroma and a good, creamy head. It has a sweet taste to it and
finishes very clean. Just the right amount of hops. Best taste
came with it aging one month in the bottle.
