New Art Wheat ??
Correction I used these ingredients:
Muntons Crushed Crystal Malt lovibond 64 1 Ib
Briess DME 60/40 2.2 Ib
Glacier pellet hops 7.4% .5 oz
Hallertau pellet hops 3.9% .5 oz
1 tsp irish moss
2 Ibs sugar
1 tsp gysum

Yeast: | I used the Munich german wheat beer yeast 11g sprinkle right on top of the wort WHEN it cools to 80 F!! |
