Beginners Luck
A great beer to warm the soul. A little sweet but with age mellows out nicely. Be patient and let it sit the bottle for a month.

Tasting: | My first go around I used less hops and more maple. 3 weeks of bottle conditioning and the sweetness mellowed out. This go around I added more malt, more hops, less maple. I will bottle in 3-4 days so we'll see. I feel good about the changes and can't wait. |
