70g Belgian CaraVienne
Steep: Steep grains for 20 minutes @ 155° F.
Boil: 30 minutes SG 1.114 1.5 gallons
1.64kg Light malt extract
0.30kg Brown sugar
Add extract when temperature reaches 185°F and sustain a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes.
Hops: 10g Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
12g Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Munton Dry
Log: Brewed: 3/14/09
Bottled
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Keg: 12.3 psi @ 40°F
Cane Sugar: 43.7g for 2 gallons @ 60°F
Or used 1-1/2 teaspoons per 22oz bottles.
