Grain: 10 lb. American 2-row
10 lb. Wheat malt
Mash: 75% efficiency
Batch sparge method.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 12 gallons
Irish moss
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (10% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Summit (18% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP001 California Ale. Made large starter 48 hrs before brew day.
Log: 04/11/09
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Keg: 9.2 psi @ 36°F
Force carbonation in corny kegs.
