Easter IPA(2009)
The first beer brewed in 2009 to be used as an equipment and process check. It is kept very simple using one variety of hops and a very basic grain bill. The choice of yeast and amount of hops should make this a pretty dry hoppy creature. This is the beer I'm going to be drinking while I brew the rest I need to do in April... :-)
