Grain: .5 lb. American crystal 40L
3.5 lb. Maris Otter
Mash: 80% efficiency
Brought 2.5 gallons of water to 165 and mashed at 154 for 45 minutes. added 1.5 gallons of preheated water and added 2 lb of the liquid extract brought to a boil.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.043 4 gallons
4.25 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 0.75 oz. Warrior (15.8% AA, 60 min.)
0.25 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 45 min.)
0.25 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 30 min.)
0.25 oz. Amarillo (8.6% AA, 30 min.)
0.50 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 15 min.)
0.50 oz. Amarillo (8.6% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (aroma)
