92g Dextrine Malt (Cara-Pils)
360g Peated malt
Steep: Steep grains for 30 minutes @ 155° F.
Boil: 30 minutes SG 1.070 2 gallons
1.50kg Light LME
Add extract when temperature reaches 185°F and sustain a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes.
Hops: 11.2g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
11.2g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Danstar Windsor Ale Dry Yeast
Log: Brewed: 4/10/09: 2 hours
Carbonation: 1-1/2 tsp of granular sugar per 22 oz bottle.
