hops as follows 1 oz for 60 minutes 1 oz 30 minutes .5 oz 15 minutes and after the beer ferments(8-12days in primary or no more signs of fermenting ) and your ready to put in glass carbouy add .5 oz in carbouy for dry hopping at least 1 week no more than two. next 3/4 to 1 cup priming sugar in the bottom of the bottling bucket siphon and stir very gentle for 4 to 5 minutes do not cause to foam bottle and let sit at least 4 weeks 6 is better try one see if carbanation is good enjoy | ||||||||
