Boiled 2.5 gals added 6# Light DME and used Dextrin powder at 2oz. Added first round of hops (Chinook/Nugget) and added 2.25 gals sparge water. 10 min back to rolling boil. |

Tasting: | Nice dark amber color with a nice nose of HOPS! Good head with nice retention and carbonation. Nice hop flavor and not over powering, with a very slight sweet finish. Not sure where that came from. Great drinking beer and the wife was very please to have the whole batch to herself. |
