Mash: 66% efficiency
Strike grain with 7G 160° water to mash-in at 147° Hold 40 minutes, Add 5 qts 190° water with stirring to 151° and hold for 40 minutes. Heat 9 G sparge water to 172". Sparge long and slow, it took me 3 hours.
Boil: 65 minutes SG 1.063 10.5 gallons
