Grain: 0.400kg Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steep at 60º for 20 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.250 5 liters
2.800kg Light dry malt extract
0.200kg Cane sugar
0.200kg Belgian candi sugar
Caramelized 2 cups of wort in separate pan, and added it back.

Added 10 gr. of bitter orange peel (20 minutes)
Hops: 45g Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
10g Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
15g Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Safale S-33 (11 gr.)
Log: Brewed on 19/04/2010. OG 1062.
Primary fermentation at 18º until 27/04/2010.
Secondary fermentation at 13º (part at 6º for testing).
Carbonation: 3.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 144g for 18 liters @ 15°C
