Start mash with 4.5 gallons water add grain at strike temp.of 165° and hold for 75 min.@152°, raise to 170° and mash out for 10 min. | ||||||||

Add candy/sugar after boil starts,add hops as directed. Irish moss and wort chiller last 15 min. of boil. | ||||||||

Log: | Ferment @ 68 degrees for 17 days rack to secondary lower to 64-66 degrees for 36 days. bottle or keg and age for 12-14 weeks. | |||||||
