Put into secondary fermentation on June 21 with SG of 1.024.
Bottled on June 24 with an FG 1.022.
Carbonation: 2.1 volumes Cane Sugar: 3.32 oz. for 5 gallons @ 73°F
Couldn't find my corn sugar and needed to bottle due to a leaking container.
Tasting: When tasted at bottling I was surprised by the strong hops flavor. I checked over the recipe and noticed that I had entered the Columbus hops as 'bag' rather than 'pellet'. This raised the calculated bitterness from 29 to 35!
