1 lb. Honey
I added the following spiced in the last 5 minutes
1 Tsp. Puerto Rican Vanilla
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
Hops: 1 oz. Galena (13% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: 2 5oz packages of Nottingham Dry
