4 oz. Flaked oats
Mash: 69% efficiency
Batch Sparge in cooler mash tun 168 deg for 90 min. Recirculate and heat wort to maintain temperature.
Boil: 55 minutes SG 1.100 4 gallons
2 oz. Honey
2 oz. Molasses
tsp of nutmeg in boil
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1098 british ale
