153F for 60 minute. Add 1 gallon decoction to 1 gallon boiling water, until mixture boils. Reintroduce to mash to bring to mashout temp of 160-165F. Hold for 10 minutes and fly sparge with 170F water to collect 7.5 gal in brewpot. | ||||||||
