1 lb. 0 oz. Belgian Special B
1 lb. 0 oz. Oats (raw)
1 lb. 0 oz. Rice (raw)
Mash: 56% efficiency
Mash in 2.5 gallons 152°water/ 138°rest/25 minutes
added 1 gallon 180°water/ 148°rest/1 hour
added 1 gallon 180°water/152°rest/15 minutes
recirculate 2 gallons
added 2 gallons 212°water/168°rest/start sparge
added 2 more gallons 212°water to sparge
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.034 6.5 gallons
Irish moss added at 10 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Local brewery yeast (Half Moon) 1/2 gallon starter

Actually used Simpsons golden Promise instead of Bel Pale
Oats were Simpsons Naked Oats
Rice was Balsami brown rice
Used 4 oz of fresh frozen hops from garden (mix of glacier and cascades)2 oz at 5 mins and 2 oz at flameout instead of the 2 oz cascades as shown
SG 1.046
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 13.4 psi @ 40°F
Tasting: just brewed.slight variation of Peacock de l'amore.
