My attempt at a Red Stripe Clone. No need to worry if the Beer Nazi likes this one. This is for ME! Wish me luck.

Im adding the honey from the start. And 1 tablespoon Irish Moss at final 15 min. | ||||||||
Hops: | .75 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 20 min.) |

Yeast: | Im using Wyeast Liquid Yeast-2035. | |||||||
Log: | I got the old 'fridge dialed in at 50° on the money. I'll ferment for 2 weeks then lager it at 33° unitl im happy with the flavor. 3-5 weeks I expect. I HATE THAT SULPHER TASTE WHEN IT'S NOT LAGERED LONG ENOUGH. | |||||||

Im going to keg this batch. If it's anything like Red Sripe it will break my heart to waste any of it. | ||||||||
