Summer Blue
A recipe based on internet sweep for "Blue Moon" clones--the Honey Malt, use of
unmalted wheat, and the amount of the spice additions are the only changes to what I found.
No finings/irish moss used-- let the wheat do its thing!

No separate grain mash for wheat. 1/2 lb rice hulls mixed with crushed grain(for the 4 lbs. of wheat). Single Infusion mash, target range 1.051-1.053 |

First-wort hopping used for total hop addition. 20 grams fresh ground coriander seed at 45 minutes. 10 grams fresh ground dried sweet orange peel at 55 minutes. |
