I did this recipe using extract, this is my first try at allgrain.

Beer: rook ipa Style: India Pale Ale
Type: All grain Size: 2.5 gallons
Color:
8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 50 IBU
OG: 1.070 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 7.5% v/v (5.9% w/w)
Water: Filtered water with 2 tsp of gypsum.
Grain: 7.20 lb. American 2-row
4.8 oz. American Vienna
4.8 oz. American Munich
4.8 oz. American crystal 10L
4.8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 50% efficiency
Simple single infusion mash
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.116 1.5 gallons
.5 lb. Honey
2 tsp Irish moss
Hops: 0.98 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.98 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Safeale 05 no starter
Log: Ferment at 65-68 for 7 days. Dry hop with 1 oz cascade for 7 days. No secondary.
Carbonation: Bottle condition for 3-4 weeks
