Grain: 2 lb. German Smoked Malt
2 lb. British crystal 50-60L
1 lb. British black patent
1 lb. Roasted barley
Steep: Steep grains at 150°F for 60 mins.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.038 11 gallons
9 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 1.25 oz. Northern Brewer (8.6% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #1084 Irish Ale yeast
