Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.091 4 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
Irish Moss with 20 minutes remaining.
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Abbey Ale Yeast
Log: Fermenting currently at 66 degrees. Sometime during the week (I was out of town) this brew kicked up a storm and blew its top. Made quite a mess in the closet.
