1. 10 Litters boiled and cooled prior to brewing (TLV tap water)
2. 10 Litters used for brew (Ein-Gedi)
Grain: 70g Carafa
200g Raw wheat
50g CaraRed
200g CaraAroma
50g CaraAmber
150g CaraMunich
Steep: Steep all grain for 30 minutes at 65-70°c.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.139 10 liters
3kg Light malt extract
1kg Belgian candi sugar
Added Coriander grains (about 10g) at the last 10 minutes of the boil
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (5.6% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Fermentis T58.
