Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 10L
Steep: American Crystal 10L steeped for 30 minutes @ 160 degrees
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.118 2 gallons
6 lb. Breiss Golden Light malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss added last 15 minutes of the boil
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (3.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.2% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Kolsch 2565 (tube)
Log: 1 week in primary fermenter at 70 degrees, 2 weeks in secondary fermenter @ 70 degrees.
Carbonation: 5 PrimeTabs per bottle for 4 weeks
