This is a light crisp and refreshing ale. Betcha you can't have just one!

Steep: | Grain bag went in at tap temp and stayed in until water reached 165° teabag the grain sack 3 or 4 times and remove. | |||||||

Hops: | .5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.) 1.0 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 8 min.) 1.0 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 8 min.) .5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 2 min.) 1.0 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 2 min.) |

Log: | I fermented this ale at 65° until Primary fermantation was done. racked it to the secondary for 10 days @ 36° | |||||||
Carbonation: | Keg at 40 psi for one hour let of pressure and then set at 10 psi for a couple days, then adjust as needed. | |||||||
Tasting: | Very refreshing on a hot day! SMOOTH very lager like, I can't beleive that this style hasn't caught on here in the states. |
