Parti-gyle Helles Bock/ Kolsch
This is a Parti-gyle brew that will produce two different worts. The first run-off will be higher gravity at around 1.060 and will be a cool fermented Helles Bock. The second run-off will be around 1.040 and will be fermented with German Ale Yeast for a Kolsch style ale.
