Hops: | 2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 45 min.) 2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 15 min.) 2 oz. Chinook (aroma) |

Yeast: | Cali Yeast Ale 001 in a 2 qt starter. | |||||||
Log: | 1 week primary, 2 week secondary dry hopped w/ 2 oz of chinook, 2 weeks bottle conditioned. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 2/3 cups of corn sugar boiled in 2 cups of water, brought down to 70° and put directly in bottling bucket. Do this for each 5 gallon secondary fermenter. |
