Hardy Lemonaed
This recepie is one that mimics the new lemon flavored malt liqour
beers. Very easy to make, and cheap. My first shot at it hit right on the money.

Water: | Store bought drinking water, so theres no chlorine after taste. 6 gallons. Any additiuonal came from the tap. | |||||||
Grain: | 2 lb. 0 oz. American 2-row 1 lb. 0 oz. Flaked corn 2 lb. 0 oz. Rice (raw) 4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils) |

Mash: | 72% efficiency | |||||||
Boil rice for 30 minutes, let cool to about 150 degrees F. Mix in flaked corn, rice, and grain. Mash for 60 minutes at 150 degrees F. Sparge with 175 degree(F) water to achieve 6 gallons for boil. |

Add to boil 24oz of corn sugar and 24oz of cane sugar. Add 1oz perle hop pelets soon as boil starts. 15 minutes before end of boil add 12oz lemon flavor concentrate (store brand)and irish moss. Cool and transfer to fermenter. |

Yeast: | Pitch Bohemian Lager Yeast. | |||||||
Log: | Fermented at 42 degrees(F) for 2 weeks. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Added 1/2 cup of corn sugar and 24oz of lemon flavor concentrate (store brand). I keg everything I brew, so much easier, and you can pump up carbonation if you want to. |

Tasting: | Very tasty and consumed very fast(one sitting). Will be brewing this again ASAP. |
