My first shot at a lager. I swayed away from the traditional pilsner with the addition of the wheat DME. Just a little change that I though would be interesting.

Yeast: | Used a quart starter of the Wyeast Czech Pilsner yeast that I began 7 days before brewing and allowed to start in my refrigerator at 45 degrees. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 2.5 volumes | Keg: 13.3 psi @ 42°F | ||||||
Tasting: | We will see! I anticipate a hoppy slightly sweet (from the wheat exract) light bodied brew. |
