Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Grain: 3.5 lb. British pale
19.5 lb. German Pilsner
Mash: 80% efficiency
Heat 5.25 gal. water to 136° add grist/ hold 30 mins.
Add 3.25 gal. water @ 212° hold 60 mins.
10 gal. water heated to 168° will be used to sparge.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.052 13.5 gallons
1 tsp. Irish Moss added to final hop addition.
Hops: 2.75 oz. Saaz (3.9% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. N. Brewer (8.7% AA, 60 min.)
2.12 oz. Saaz (3.9% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Czech Pilsner yeast.
Carbonation: This beer will be force carbonated.
