Sparge @ 170° for 60 minutes with 9 Gallons water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.055 13 gallons
Gypsum beginning of boil 3 tsp.
Irish Moss last 15 minutes of boil 3 tsp.
Hops: 2.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
2.0 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs California Ale
