California Uncommon
This beer is a cross between an American Pilsner and a British Pale
Ale. Using Lager yeast at ale temperatures resulted in an uncommon
charatcer that is quite tasty.

Hops: | 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 10 min.) .5 oz. Tettnanger (Dry) (aroma) |

Yeast: | White Labs San Francisco Lager #WLP810. Starter made three days before boil. | |||||||
Log: | Ferment for 7 days in primary @ 70-72°F. Ferment 7 days secondary, and dry hop with 1/2 ounce Tettnanger @ 68-70°F. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Bottle using 1 cup corn sugar, age for 7 days. | |||||||
Tasting: | This is my favorite beer I have brewed. I will be making it again. The taste is hard describe. Just brew it and enjoy. |
