add DME, solids and hops. Boil for 45 minutes. Add Irish Moss and boil 15 minutes more. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1.0 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.) | |||||||
Yeast: | 11.0 gms Coopers Ale yeast - pitch yeast at 78°. Agitate well. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Prime brew with 3/4 cup corn sugar and 2 cups of water. |
