1/2 tsp Irish Moss 15min remaining
Hops: 1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.2% AA, 45 min.)
0.5 oz. Crystal (3.8% AA, 30 min.)
0.5 oz. Crystal (3.8% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Saflager 23 pitched dry
