Mashed in grain, temp was a little warm about 60 C. Remove one third of mash with a strainer for decoction. Bring to a boil with constant stiring. boil for 15 minutes. Turns a nice brown color. add back to mash. Temp stablized at about 70 C. Hold 1 hour. Recirculate till wort is clear. Start sparge. | ||||||||
