Yeast: | 2206 Bavarian Lager Yeast (125 mL liquid). | |||||||
Log: | Ferment 14 days at 48°-52°. Transfer to secondary on day 7. Fine with gelatin/1 cup water on day 14, allow 3 more days before kegging. Stored at 35° for 2 weeks before carbonating. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Force carbonate at 30 psi (15 minutes of agitation, then 24 hours of non-agitated carbonation in refrigerator). Released pressure after 24 hours, then set CO2 at 3 psi for dispensing. | |||||||
Tasting: | Excellent flavor and appearance. Very smooth and tasty beer. |
