My First Hefe-weizen
While using my immersion chiller one of the tubes came off we have about 4-6 cups extra water than I wanted we will see how it turns out.

Yeast: | I used Easyeast Weinstepan wheat liquid yeast. | |||||||
Log: | This was brewed on Aug 8, 2003. I will bottle a week from today. | |||||||
Carbonation: | I plan on using 3/4 cup priming sugar at the time of bottling. |
