Honey Nipple Delight (o)(o)
This is my first attempt at a wheat beer. My aim is not to make it too
bitter as I want the emphasis to be on the honey, lemon and wheat tastes!

Steep: | Wheat was ground in blender then left in water prior to boil for 25 mins. Water was then strained through sieve. I found this method to be very effective although it was somewhat time consuming. Would definitely recommend to others. Best method found to be leaving blender on second setting for roughly 20 seconds with half a jug of wheat. |

Two small lemons were added to the boil at 45 mins. 800 gm of honey was added to the boil at 30 mins. One large lemon and one small lemon were then added to the boil at 5 mins. |

Log: | Fermentation started after 4 hours. Primary fermentation left for six days. Secondary fermantation left for one week. Lemon rinds carried over and put into the second fermenter. Bottled on Tues 21/10/03. |

Carbonation: | One level teaspoon of white sugar per 700ml bottle |
