This is the beer for next door neighbors Jeff and Jen's BBQ, the day after their wedding.

Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: 2 tsp. Gypsum in HLT
Grain: 7 lb. Weyermann German Pilsner
9.6 lb. Wheat malt
2 lb. German Vienna
1 lb. Rice Hulls
Mash: 64% efficiency
Used 5.2pH stabilizer in mash.

147°F for 45 min, up to 152°F for 15 min,
up to 168°F over the course of 20 min.
Sparge took only 35 min. (too fast)
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.043 10.5 gallons
2 capsules of Servomyces yeast nutrient
Hops: 1.3 oz. Hallertauer (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
0.4 oz. Hallertauer (4.1% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 3068 Activator pack 125ml XL in a 1400ml starter
Log: Brewed 5/8/05. Ferm temp about 68°F.
5/18 to 2nd-ary kegs, 1.012
Crash cool in fridge 4 days
5/23 to serving kegs, 15 psi to carbonate
